Infor XA System-Link Services (SLS) are not responding. Scan-N-Track (SNT) cannot operate without SLS running. An IT administrator will likely need to do the following to restore SLS:
- Go to Link Manager, select the XA environment that is not responding, right click to stop/start the SLS services, ensure they restart and say “Running”.
- If #1 does not work you may need to restart the XA Global Environment in Link Manager, this may affect production environments on the same LPAR, please check with your IT management and determine an appropriate time to stop/start Global.
